Poor Customer service, they were very rude when I called in to place an order, they insisted that I download their app in order to place the order. I was told just you come in since they were not busy then I told the representative I would rather just place the order over the phone since I was pressed for time and she told me it would take at least 15 minutes to put the order in. I walked into the establishment maybe three minutes later and was able to order and leave the place in under 8 minutes. I also overheard the same representative being rude to people she was checking out in front of mem I am very dissatisfied.

Chipotle stands by its mission of Food with Integrity. I've had Chipotle regularly since they arrives in Central Florida, and still love every bite. The chicken here will never be tough, fatty or too chewy like Moe's or Qdoba. The ingredients are incredibly fresh...so you taste all the genuine flavors. My favorite, regular order is the Burrito Bowl, with brown rice, extra cilantro, double black beans, double chicken, mild tomato salsa, guacamole and lettuce. Delicious every time...very consistent.

I did not like it. I get a chicken burrito and it always has fatty pieces on it. Really gross. I love Moes' way better.

Food was good too bad the portion was terrible. $11.71 for "double meat" and Guacamole bowl. The guy in front of me had slightly less meat then I did with a normal portion. Several people behind me complained as well about the poor job. The place wasn't even busy either.

Went to Chipotle tonight and could not have been more disappointed. It was filthy. The counter in back was covered with spilled good and no one seemed to care. Several employees were standing around doing nothing. The person who waited on us seemed like we were bothering him. I asked 3 times for lettuce on my bowl and finally my boyfriend had to ask. We will not be going back to this one...

I think I could eat Chipotle every day if I had to. The burritos are so good. This particular location is right at the corner of Red Bug and Tuscawilla in the same shopping center as Publix. I like to stop here on my way to a friends house in Winter Springs. It's always packed, but parking is easy with access to the huge lot for the strip mall that all the businesses share. If you don't like Chipotle, there's something wrong with you. I know it's a big chain, but it's so good!!

This is one of my favorite places to go because you can make it a healthy meal if you want too. I've been to this location a lot because i live 2 minutes away from it. Now food quality wise i give it 4 1/2 star almost 5 because there were a few times when the quality wasn't as good because maybe they're rushing or whatever, since it does get busy. Now the reason why I give it 3 stars is because of customer service. It can be good sometimes but then terrible the other times. I know it's a real hectic job and can be overwhelming, but you just need to put your poker face on and just pretend that your happy to serve people. A lot of times my wife felt like not ever going back because they were giving a negative vibe or showing a bad attitude cause they just want to go home. I guess it all depends on the time you come to get real good customer service or just terrible customer service. Of course I'm always going to come back cause I really like the food!!!

Worst experience ever at a Chipotle. I don't think the guy who prepped my burrito and the person who wrapped it even care. Juices were dripping out tremendously through the the foil. I had to eat it with a pile of napkins underneath. I'd say that is ask them to re wrap it next time, but there won't be a next time. :/ Tables were also not wiped down and I went at 2 on a Thursday, so it was not busy.

I ordered a burrito bowl and was given a bowl full of burnt chicken!! Don't go there! It's not the first time my order has been horrible. I thought I would give them another chance... I was wrong!
